Avoid These Top 5 Foods To Improve Indigestion

Indigestion has become a common theme with many people today. Clinically, we see so many having digestive-related issues, taking the purple pill, and doing their best just to deal with the gas, bloating, belching, and many of the other common conditions associated with not breaking down our foods properly. The research now tells us that we can greatly improve our health by making some key nutritional decisions, which will help us win the battle with digestive issues such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Crohn’s, and general digestive discomfort. There are several foods that should typically be avoided if you are looking to improve your overall digestion. These foods are essential to avoid because they can allow the digestive system to recuperate and heal effectively. Here are some of the main foods that should be avoided.

1.The Wrong Fats
Healthy fats are essential for optimal health. Fats such as coconut oil, olive oil, organic butter, nuts, seeds, avocado, etc. If you listen to the experts, these are actually helpful for our health. Beware of the trans fats, poor saturated fats, and partially hydrogenated oils. They can wreak havoc on your digestive system. 

2.Carbonated Drinks
The undigested bubbles can lead to digestive discomfort. These can cause major issues within the digestive system. You are just asking for it.

I know you love it. I realize it is your friend. However, not when you are dealing with digestive related issues. Caffeine stimulates the digestive tract that creates strong contractions. This can lead to many other health challenges.

4.Red Meat
Red meat is known to be hard to digest. It has many great nutritional benefits like zinc, conjugated linoleic acid, and vitamin B12, yet fish, eggs,  and free-range chicken tend to be easier on the digestive system for empowering your health.

Alcohol is very irritating to the health of your digestive system. Even the one glass of alcohol per day can be a challenge. Go easy on the alcohol when dealing with any digestive issue. Especially on a regular basis.
