The Exercise That Boosts Testosterone

Can we impact our hormones with exercise? The answer is Yes! Before you go looking for the next hormone replacement to alter your low levels of testosterone, realize that there are some natural ways that you can increase better testosterone levels with just adding in some basic moves each day. One of those is found in the latest research and it has to do with something that we already have in our bodies, we just rarely tap into it. That key ingredient that we have is called intensity.
